Super Saiyan God is a form achieved by 6 Super Saiyans entering a ritual and flowing all of their energy to one warrior who will become the Super Saiyan God. After this ritual is completed The Super Saiyan God has complete control over the form and can access it without the need of a ritual.
Currently only Ken has achieved this form, however it's possible for anyone to achieve.
